How can I reserve your home?
We offer two options for booking. You can book directly by mailing your deposit check and eventually the remaining funds or you can complete the transaction through VRBO with a credit card. Ask if you have questions.
What is your reservation policy?
We require a deposit of two nights or 50% to reserve the property with final payments to be made within 60 days of arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
90 days out we refund 100% | 60 days out we refund 50% | 45 days out we refund 0%. However we will try to fill any unexpected cancellation and if we do your deposits will be returned. Typically this property rents months in advance.
Are linens included?
Yes, bed linens are included as well as towels. You will want to bring your own beach towels.
Can we bring our pet?
Unfortunately no. Pets are not allowed. Sorry.
Are there any additional items included?
Yes, Beachcamp provides beach chairs (bring your own beach towels), beach umbrella, beach toys for kids, fishing poles, buckets, shovels, two adult size bicycles, (bring your own helmet).
